My families, Pilcher’s Flowers was founded by my Grandmother; Rose Pilcher; over 70 years ago.

Where she would sell flowers from her backyard greenhouses, this was on the corner of

Bayer’s Road and Windsor Street.

During World War II the shop was moved to

Gottingen Street (Casino Movie Theater).

My Father, Elliott Pilcher started helping out in the

flower shop in the late 1940’s and the shop was moved

 to the South end of Windsor Street.

 

Today, Pilcher’s Flowers is located at 2778 Windsor St.

and is still a family run business.

My Dad has been gone for over fourteen years.

My Mother (Barbara) loves to come work in the shop everyday with my Wife and I and the girls.

I have over 25 year’s experience in the flower shop

and my wife, Pauline, has over 18 years.

We personally choose the flowers

and also do design work Daily.

 

At Pilcher’s Flowers, wedding designs are made

with love and care. We also have Plush Toys,

Balloon Bouquets, Silk Designs,

Flowering Plants, and Exotic Flowers.

We are well known for our

Funeral designs for over 70 years.
